- Standard delivery timelines: 4–7 business days across India.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across serviceable pin codes.

We work with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking link. You can also track your order on our website.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Public holidays
- Logistics partner strikes
- Incorrect address details

Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or leaking
- The product is expired
- An item is missing from the order
Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Allergic reactions
- Preference-based returns (colour, texture, fragrance)
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: refunded to the original method in 5–7 working days.
- COD Orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer in 5–7 working days.
